Training Services

Management Consulting Group (MCG) offers our clients training services designed to support the clients' end-users experience during and after new deployments. We help to support technical service personnel in the installation and servicing of desktop, email and network environments.

Many of these services can be provided by one of our Technical Trainers at the client's site(s) or at a third-party location. Our flexible course hours are designed to minimize any disruption to a client's operations. Diversity and HR sensitive courses can also be constructed to meet our clients ever changing needs.

Accelerated, half day classes focus on key business features of an application. MCG will customize each class to address the specific needs of your users. These quick-paced classes provide participants with the skills they need to maximize their productivity

Full day classes designed to give participants a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other applications. Each class is customized to address the specific needs of your users.
